Captain Barnes is a landmark waterfront mansion built for images. With over 5,000 sq ft across four levels, the house offers 12 rooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a roof-level cupola—each space carrying its own mood, palette, and story potential.

Outside, the grounds include gardens, an original stone well, and a 40’ × 20’ in-ground pool—a rare New York exterior that can read as coastal, European, or surreal depending on how you frame it.
